General terms and conditions for Snow City website.

1 - Welcome!

By using Snow City website, you agree to have read, understood and accepted Snow City general terms and conditions, our privacy policy and our cookies policy.

1.1 - Who are we?

The information and communication system offered in this web, is a Snow City development which is a (nationality)   (form) company duly registered before the commercial register of (city) under N. [----], taking elected address for the purpose of this Agreement in ______

1.2 - Modification of the terms and conditions

Snow City reserves the right to modify, any time, the T&C, the features of its website as well as the service offered. Snow City commits to announce this change using the means considered more convenient.

2 – General Information

1. Admission ticket permits admission for one individual and needs to be retained at the respective time slot.
2. Kindly report at Booking office 30 minutes prior to session starts to collect tickets.
3. Children's below 2 years are exempted from ticket charges.
4. Children's below 10 years need to be accompanied by guardian.
5. Total Duration: 1 Hour (Snow Room : 45 mins + Reception : 15 mins)
6. Parka Jackets, Gloves, Hood and Boots will be provided with each admission.
7. All accessories are not of accurate sizes and are subject to availability.
8. Tickets once purchased will not be RETURNED /CANCELLED/ REFUNDED back.
9. Eatables and beverages of any kind are not allowed into the snow area.
10. The following articles are strictly prohibited: Eatables (Including Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Chips), Knife, and Cigarette, Lighter, Match-Box, Firearms and all kind of inflammable objects.
11. Smoking is an offence and is strictly prohibited inside Snow City premises and will be fined according to Management’s discretion.
12. All images and terminology used in all communication is for creative, descriptive and representation purpose only.
13. Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
14. Management reserves the right to cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances. The Management shall not be liable for any losses/ damages arising with such suspension. No two offers can be clubbed together.
15. Any purposeful act to damage the environment, surrounding or assets will be fined according to Management’s discretion.
16. On the purchase of the ticket the holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
17. Booking on this website authorizes Snow City to contact the customer, on the Phone Number provided, for any booking related communication.
18.    The resale of tickets at the same or any price in excess of the initial purchase price is prohibited.
19. Identity cards (and other discount cards where applicable) must be shown for ticket verification at entry points.
20. SNOW CITY reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission of any person whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
21. SNOW CITY may add, withdraw or vary advertised events, programs, and audience capacity without prior notice.
22. SNOW CITY may use the ticket holder's image, voice or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture for any advertising activity.

3- Refund (Event/Program cancellation by Snow City prior to performance)

If an event/program is postponed or cancelled by SNOW CITY, ticket price will be refunded without any additional amount. SNOW CITY shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the paid amount under any circumstances.

1. Refunds are only applicable for tickets directly purchased from SNOW CITY and not through any third party vendor. Customer who purchased tickets from other vendors and platforms must contact the respective vendor to seek their refund.
2. In the event of cancellation by SNOW CITY, all tickets purchased using credit/debit cards shall be refunded through electronic payment. Customer contact and ticket details must be provided upon request.
3. The identity of the person receiving the refunds will be recorded by our Finance Department. Refund will not be made if customer does not show at SNOW CITY to claim the refund within 1 month from the date of cancellation.

4- Liability

Snow City and its employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless such death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of Snow City or its employees), loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any complaints, claims, refunds, or exchange for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation.

 

5 – Cookies

When you visit the Website we may send you a cookie. 'Snow City' is a trademark registered in …….. under number ….. in Classes ….. held by Snow City. All logos and distinctive signs are accompanying Snow City own creations which holds about them, and exclusively, all rights intellectual and / or industrial property rights granted by the law.

Also, the design of the whole site and all its content (text, graphics, logos, drawings, photographs, software, source code, etc.) are the exclusive property of Snow City.

It is, therefore, strictly prohibited exploitation (reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available to the public and / or transformation, including translation) of all Site contents subject of intellectual property by any means, without a prior authorization, granted in writing from Snow City. All this, under civil and criminal penalties under the law.
